Job Description
As a Pediatric Healthcare Professional at Care Options for Kids, you will have the opportunity to build your clinical expertise while shaping the lives of your client and their loved ones every single day.
You will work with self-sufficient autonomy, empowered to make a real difference in your clients' lives.
- Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
- Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
- Following the plan of care
- Following all clinical and office policies
A typical day may include preparing and delivering medications, performing routine trach and g-tube care, documenting dosages and treatments within our dedicated Point of Care platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey LPN/RN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
