- Providing high-quality patient care in the home setting
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients and their families
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Current, active LPN license in Florida
- BLS CPR certification
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
- TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test
- Alzheimer's training
