Occupational Therapist - Up to $7,000 Sign On Bonus
Salary: $60/hr - $75/hr. Compensation dependent on experience.*

Qualifications:
National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapists, Registered
Successfully completed the therapist level field work requirements in the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapist & hold a BS or BA (minimum) from an accredited program
Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Arizona (required by start date)
