Job Responsibilities
You will provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment, taking direction from our clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse. You will follow the plan of care and follow all clinical and office policies.
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
