Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment.
- Taking direction from the clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse.
- Following the plan of care.
- Following all clinical and office policies.
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
- PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Valid BLS CPR card obtained in person.
- Valid driver's license.
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.
