We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of clinicians. As a home health care professional, you will have the opportunity to work with self-sufficient autonomy, empowered to make a real difference in your clients' lives. You will be part of a collaborative team, overseen by a registered nurse, who values your clinical knowledge and respects the deep bond you establish with the families you care for.
Responsibilities
- Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment, following all clinical and office policies
- Taking direction from the clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- TB test
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person)
- I9 Documents
- References (min. of 2)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
