Responsibilities for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians
- Perform physician-ordered treatments, including nutrition via feeding tube, tracheostomy care, and ventilation
- Assess and treat seizures as needed
Requirements for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)
- Current, active Texas LVN license
- Current BLS CPR card obtained in-person
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
