**Job Summary:**
We are seeking highly skilled Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)/Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as home healthcare professionals. As part of our team, you will provide one-on-one care to children in the comfort of their own homes, working closely with families to establish strong bonds and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Administer medications per physician orders
- Provide physician-ordered treatments, including nutrition via feeding tubes, tracheostomy care, suctioning, ventilation care, and seizure assessment and treatment
**Requirements:
- Current, active Texas RN or LVN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willingness to train
