About the Role
We're a pediatric home health care company that prioritizes one-on-one care in the home. Our approach is different from what you'd experience in a hospital setting. As a nurse, you'll work independently with self-sufficient autonomy, making a meaningful difference in your clients' lives.
Our nursing positions are available in day shifts (Monday to Friday, 7am-7pm) and night shifts (Monday to Friday, 7pm-7am).

Responsibilities
- Administering medications as per physician orders
- Providing ordered treatments, including:
- Nutrition via feeding tube
- Tracheostomy care
- Suctioning (nasal, oral, or endotracheal)
- Ventilation care
- Seizure assessment and treatment
Requirements
- Active Texas RN or LVN license
- Current BLS CPR certification (in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience (or willingness to train)
