Job Summary
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Homecare Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you'll be responsible for delivering one-to-one nursing care to children in their homes, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
Responsibilities
* Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
* Provide routine tracheostomy and G-tube care
* Assist with ventilation and seizure assessment and treatment
* Document patient information and treatment plans within our electronic health record system
Requirements
* Current, active LPN license in Florida
* BLS CPR certification
* Experience with trach, vent, and G-tube care or willingness to train
