A Day in the Life of a PREFERRED HOME HEALTH CARE & NURSING SERVICES Nurse
You start your day by touching base with your care team. Your client greets you warmly and it's time for breakfast and a light sponge bath. Throughout the day, you prepare and deliver medications and perform routine trach and g-tube care. Whatever the day brings, a day in the life of a PREFERRED HOME HEALTH CARE & NURSING SERVICES nurse feels less like work and more like caring for family.

Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment,
Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse,
Following the plan of care,
Following all clinical and office policies.
Requirements
Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License,
PPD or Chest X-Ray,
Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online),
Valid driver's license,
G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.
