A Day in the Life of a Care Options for Kids Nurse
You start your day by connecting with your care team and reviewing in-depth information about your client through our dedicated EHR platform.
Throughout the day, you prepare and deliver medications, perform routine trach and g-tube care, and document treatments within our Point of Care platform. You build a strong bond with your client and their loved ones, shaping their lives every day.

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
- Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
- Following the plan of care
- Following all clinical and office policies
Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
