About the Role
We're looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Care Options for Kids. As an LPN, you'll provide one-on-one care in the home, making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities of LPNs
- Administer medications per physician orders
- Perform physician-ordered treatments including:
- Nutrition via feeding tube
- Tracheostomy care
- Suctioning nasal, oral and/or endotracheal
- Ventilation care
- Seizure assessment and treatment
Requirements for LPNs
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
