You work with autonomy, following the plan of care and taking direction from our clinical team. If you need anything, your Director of Nursing is available 24/7 for support.
A Day in the Life of a Care Options for Kids Nurse
You start each day by reviewing your client's information and touching base with their care team. From there, every day is a new adventure, filled with opportunities to build your clinical expertise and shape the lives of your client and their loved ones.

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
- Taking direction from our clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
- Following the plan of care
- Following all clinical and office policies
Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
