We're looking for talented Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team at Care Options for Kids, a pediatric home health care company providing one-on-one care in the home.

Work Schedule:
- Texarkana: Monday-Friday 10pm-6am (Low Acuity) NIGHTS
- Texarkana: Rotational shift 7pm-7am (Low acuity) NIGHTS
- Texarkana, TX: Thursday-Saturday NIGHTS 10pm-6am

Responsibilities:
- Medication administration according to physician orders
- Physician-ordered treatments for:
- Nutrition via feeding tube
- Tracheostomy care
- Suctioning (nasal, oral, and/or endotracheal)
- Ventilation care
- Seizure assessment and treatment
Requirements:
- Current, active Texas LVN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willingness to train
