What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric LPN Care Specialist position at Care Options For Kids?
About Us
PREFERRED HOME HEALTH CARE & NURSING SERVICES is a leading provider of one-to-one care in home environments. Our team values clinical knowledge and respects the deep bond established with families we serve.
Our nurses work autonomously, empowered to make a real difference in clients' lives. They start their day by touching base with their care team, preparing and delivering medications, and performing routine trach and g-tube care. A day in the life of our nurse feels less like work and more like caring for family.
Career Advancement Opportunities
We offer a flexible schedule, Paid Time Off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, weekly pay, and direct deposit. Our respiratory therapists provide training and mentorship, and we have a scholarship program for career advancement.
Responsibilities
Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment, taking direction from a clinical team, following the plan of care, and adhering to all clinical and office policies.
Requirements
A valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license, PPD or chest X-ray, valid BLS CPR card, valid driver's license, and experience with g-tube, trach, vent, or willingness to train.
