Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of pediatric healthcare professionals. As a key member of our care team, you will provide one-on-one nursing services to patients in their homes, working collaboratively with families and other healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians
- Provide treatments for patients with complex medical needs, including nutrition via feeding tube, tracheostomy care, suctioning, and ventilation management
- Assess and manage seizures
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to coordinate care and communicate patient status
Requirements
- Current, active Texas RN license
- Current BLS CPR card obtained in-person
- Experience with G-tube, trach, vent care or willingness to train
