Responsibilities for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)/Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Clinical Responsibilities: Medication administration per physician orders
- Specialized Care: Physician-ordered treatments for:
- Nutrition via feeding tube
- Tracheostomy care
- Suctioning: nasal, oral, and/or endotracheal
- Ventilation care
- Seizure assessment and treatment
Requirements for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)/Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Current Licenses: Current, active Texas RN or LVN license
- CPR Certification: Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- Experience: G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willingness to train
- Availability: Weekend availability

The eligible employee will receive $500 for every 250 billable hours worked up to $2,500. Eligible employees must complete the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of submission of the initial application. This bonus is valid for first-time employees only and on completion of all required documents.
