Qualifications:
- Meet the qualifications established by APTA.
- Be licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of occupancy.
- Hold a Doctorate in the field of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Hold a current valid BLS CPR card.
- Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto liability insurance.
