Responsibilities
The RN Clinical Supervisor responsibilities include:
- Provides daily supervision of nurses and home health aides to ensure quality of service is within the required plan of care
- Initiates and reviews the clinical content, diagnoses, medical history, medications, and other statuses from client records
- Identifies and evaluates client needs and appropriateness of home care by reviewing the initial intake screening form before assignment of direct care staff
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Active and Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Pennsylvania and have worked as an RN for at least three years
- 1 years of home health care or equivalent experience is required
- Knowledge and experience in trach, vent, g-tube, and pediatric care
