Job Overview
Care Options for Kids is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a school-based therapist, you will work with students to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
Compensation
- $51-$60 per hour
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and be certified by ASHA. They must also hold an active state license to practice speech therapy in Colorado. A pediatric focus and/or school-based experience are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
- Pediatric focus and/or school-based experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize time and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of data and information.
- Knowledge of therapy skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice.
- Excellent communication – verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsive to requests.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto liability insurance.
