The ideal candidate will be a licensed SLP with a Master's degree in the field of Speech Therapy from an accredited program. They must meet the educational and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in speech pathology by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto liability insurance are also essential.
