Therapeutic Support Technician for Kids

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans
• Deliver ABA-based interventions to support cognitive, social, and emotional growth
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and program effectiveness

Requirements:

• RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• At least 2 years' experience working with children or adolescents in a clinical setting
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques
