The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) at Care Partners is one of the most important members of the Care Partners Team. Working 1-on-1 with Care Partners clients and families, our Caregivers bring love, empathy and compassion by assisting clients of all ages with developmental disabilities with important activities of daily living (ADLs) as well as companionship and support.
What about my bonuses?
- $150 Quick Sign-On Bonus after completing orientation and maintaining schedule for first 30 days of employment.
- $250 Referral bonus if you refer any additional caregivers who get hired with us (Bring your friends! Ask us for more details)
- $200 Sign-On Bonus after 2 months and 160 hours worked
