Currently we are looking for a Interventional Radiology Technologist!
Location: 7101 Jahnke Road Richmond, VA
Estimated Blended Gross Weekly Pay Rate: $2422.44
Shift: 7:00AM-5:30PM
Duration: 13 weeks

- Number of Beds - N/A
- Number of Staff - 10
- Type of staff:
o Day Shift - 3-4 Techs, 3-4 RN's, 1 Scheduler/Coordinator
o Night Shift - Call
- Patient Ratios - Depends of type of IR procedure performed
- Type of equipment - Discovery 740 IGS
- EMR - Meditech
Required Experience/Skills/Certifications:
Critical Care Experience
- Procedural Area Experience
- Moderate Sedation
Preferred or nice to have:
- PALS
- Meditech Experience
Typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Biopsies/Drain Insertion
- Angiograms/Peripheral Vascular
- Paracenteses/Thoracentesis
- Assist with other imaging needs (CT Coronary/MRI Monitoring/Myelograms)
- Line Placement
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
- BLS, ACLS
Floating Area(s):
- None likely; possibly assisting in CT, MRI, Radiology
Dress Code:
- Scrub Color/Attire - Scrubs provided
Weekends and On call:
- 1-2 nights of call per week, 1 weekend of call every 4-5 weekends
