Location: 1717 Arlington Avenue Caldwell, ID
Estimated Blended Gross Weekly Pay Rate: $2598.12
Shift: 7:00AM - 5:30PM, Monday - Friday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday rotating call.
Duration: 13 weeks

General Information
- Number of Beds - 3 Cath Labs, 2 Prep bays
- Number of Staff - 8
- Type of staff:
o Day Shift - 2 RNs, 4 Techs
o Night Shift - 0
- Patient Ratios - 1/1
- Type of equipment - Mac/Lab, Philips & GE xray. Various Thrombectomy and Atherectomy devices
- EMR - MediTech
- On Call Requirements - yes, varies with staffing need
- Weekend Requirements: rotating weekends. At most every other weekend at the moment
Required Experience/Skills/Certifications:
- Critical care
- Previous Cath Lab circulator experience
Preferred or nice to have:
- Electrophysiology experience
- interventional radiology experience
Typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Heart Cath (Diagnostic/Interventional), Peripheral intervention, Pericarialcentesis
- EP cases
- IT cases
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
- RN license for Idaho, BLS, ACLS
Floating Area(s):
- none
Dress Code:
- Scrub Color/Attire - Scrubs provided by hospital
Weekends and On call:
- Rotating weekends and weekday call 10-15 days per 28day schedule.
