Job Summary: The Account Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare clients to ensure their staffing needs are met. This role involves strategic planning, business development, and ongoing client support to secure and manage staffing contracts with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare clients. Understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. Expand client base through proactive outreach, marketing initiatives, and networking at industry events.
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate contract terms with clients and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the contract period.
- Staff Coordination: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure that client requirements are clearly understood and met. Oversee the placement process and ensure high-quality candidates are presented to clients.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to address any concerns or issues related to staffing. Ensure timely and effective resolution to maintain positive client relationships.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, changes in healthcare regulations, and potential impacts on staffing. Use this knowledge to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
