Client Care Assistant Requirements:
Care Partners At Home is seeking a dedicated Client Care Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support to clients by managing key administrative responsibilities, including payroll components, contract compliance, and coordinating care schedules. This individual will also handle a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring that clients and caregivers receive timely and accurate assistance.
The ideal candidate will excel in communication, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and approach every interaction with compassion and professionalism. Essential Functions:
- Master the Care Partners At Home brand, services, and operational workflows.
- Provide outstanding administrative support by assisting with payroll, ensuring compliance with contracts, and coordinating schedules for Personal Care Attendants and Caregivers.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing client and caregiver needs promptly and professionally.
- Ensure seamless care coordination, from onboarding clients to scheduling services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records for payroll, scheduling, and client interactions.
- Contribute to operational success by tracking key performance metrics such as call volume and scheduling efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and enhance the overall client and caregiver experience.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
