We are a home care agency that has been in business since 2007 and rapidly growing in 18 states. We provide assistance with activities of daily living for the elderly (i.e. Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.). We are highly respected across the 18 states we service and looking for quality people to join our team.

We are currently in need of a Home Care Aide Recruiter located anywhere in Minnesota.  T his position will be available to work remotely after 1 month of training in one of our MN office locations (or a hotel if not within 50 miles of one of our office locations). All equipment neeeded for the job will be provided at training.

MUST have experience recruiting home care aides in Home Care, Nursing Homes, or Assisted Living.

Bachelors Degree preferred.

Healthcare benefits available after 120 days. Starting salary is $95,000. Profit Sharing Bonuses available for high performers. A 1% increase in salary for each milestone increase in revenue the company makes is available to employees who are managing their duties with high performance. In addition, this position is will recieve $1.25 per hour bonus for each hour of care a home care aide they hire works for Care Planning Institute ongoing - with no expiration and no cap. There is no cap on the amount of money that can be made at CPI via the bonus programs.

The job duties include recuriting home care aides via our database of 220,000 home care aide applicants across 18 states. Phone calls, texts, email, and Zooms are how all communication occurs for this position. No in person face to face or traveling is required.  This position requires average level Microsoft Office skills - as the position uses Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word on a daily basis.

The  usual work schedule will be from 8 : 30am to 5pm Monday - Friday - but there periodically may be days when work spills over later into the evening - to ensure home care aides are onboarded timely and are all setup correctly so they can be handed over to their assigned case manager / aide supervisor who will assign them to clients and ensure client's don't go without care the next day, etc. We are looking for people who have capability in their schedule to work late from time to time if ever needed.

The position is responsible for doing one On-Call shift every 3 months. The oncall shift can be performed remotely at home and requires being available to answer home care aide questions that come in via text and phone - during the hours of 9am to 7pm Saturday OR Sunday (depending on the day you are assigned) - to ensure client care needs are met over the weekends.  This OnCall role is shared by all our office staff and rotated to each every 3 months.
