We are in need of a compassionate and reliable caregiver to assist a client in their home On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11a-3p every week in Conklin. Most of the duties are housekeeping and companionship!!
Benefits :Responsibilities :
- Monitor the patient’s condition and report changes / concerns to appropriate medical professionals and family members
- Provide Activities of Daily Living care as outlined in the Care Plan-bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean-living space for clients.
- Familiarity with Home Health Care, safety and sanitation standards and procedures
- Understanding of Confidentiality and Privacy Laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills… able to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work as a team member
