Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing services, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care in a Residential Mental Health setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
Requirements
- Valid Nursing license in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience working in a Mental Health treatment setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
