Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time LPN to join our healthcare team in Barron, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The position will cover morning, afternoon and possibly evening shifts and is part-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
