Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to healthcare team
- Document patient information, treatments, and progress in medical records
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Collaborate with registered nurses and doctors to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Previous experience in home healthcare or a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
