Activities Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join our team in Muncie, IN. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be entertaining, creative, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing activities for residents
- Engage residents in various recreational and social activities
- Create a fun and welcoming environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Assist in problem-solving and resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an activities assistant is preferred
- Positive attitude and a passion for working with seniors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and able to come up with engaging activities
- Ability to problem solve and handle challenging situations
