Gentle Care Strategies is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team in Vincennes, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a skilled nursing facility and possess a current CNA certification.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs
- Assist with meals and feeding
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Document care provided and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
