We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurses Aide to join our team in Loogootee, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience in long term care, rehab, and dementia care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Document patient care and observations in medical records
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff
Requirements:
- Certified Nurses Aide certification
- Experience in long term care, rehab, and dementia care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
