We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team in Muncie, IN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing home and behavioral health settings, with a proven track record of success in managing and leading a team of nursing professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Manage and mentor nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Monitor and analyze nursing department performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in budget planning and management

Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing or related field
