Location: Muncie, IN, 47303
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Nurse to join our team for the evening/night shift at our locally owned long term care nursing home in Muncie, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience in dementia related behavioral health and be able to provide exceptional care to our residents.
The LPN will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing direct patient care. They will also be responsible for assessing and documenting patient behaviors and implementing appropriate interventions. The LPN will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans for each resident.
The evening shift LPN will work from 6:00pm-6:0000am and will receive a base rate of $34 per hour plus shift differential. This is a full-time position with benefits and PTO.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of Indiana
- Experience in behavioral health
- Compassionate and patient-focused
- Ability to work the evening shift
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
