Care Strategies is seeking a full time Maintenance Assistant to complete general routine repairs inside and outside the physical property. The ideal candidate will have experience with minor construction repairs such as painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. The Maintenance Assistant will be under the direction and supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing broken furniture.
- Assist with repairs to the building's plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Perform grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, and planting flowers.
- Paint and repair drywall as needed.
- Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
