Job Description: Registered Nurse - Gentle Care Strategies
Location: Vincennes, IN, 47591
Gentle Care in Vincennes is seeking a Registered Nurse, RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a nursing home setting and possess a current RN license. This is a full-time position with day and evening shifts available.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care to patients
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate with patients and their families to provide education and support
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards
