Job Description
We are looking for a skilled nurse to provide patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical experience and be able to work 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the care team
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
- 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical experience
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
