About the Opportunity
We're seeking a qualified RN Med Surg to join our team in Berea, Ohio. This is a 12-hour overnight shift position, requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the care team
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
- 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical experience
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
