Care to Stay Home is hiring dedicated and dependable caregivers to work with our clients in their homes and help them with tasks for everyday living. Having an active HCA or NAC/CNA is preferred but we can provide free training to get you certified. You just need to have one year of prior caregiving experience. Full and part-time positions available in Spokane County and Northern Idaho.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing essential care and support
- Bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Stand by and hands on assistance
- Light housekeeping duties
- Medication reminders
- Bedbound care for more critical clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of one of caregiving experience, preferably with senior clients
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, which include being able to lift up to 40 pounds, help clients of various heights and weights transfer chairs to beds etc, repositioning bed bound clients, and helping on standby by assistance as needed... The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve client care and mobility requirements.
- HCA/NAC certification or willingness to complete the training in your first 200 days of employment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to show up to work to provide critical and consistent care to your client
- Providing companionship and care for seniors to keep them engaged throughout the day.
- Ability to pass a criminal background and driving record checks with no felonies.
