We are seeking a dedicated and professional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This full-time position offers guaranteed 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, seven days a week. The ideal candidate is mature, dependable, and has a positive, bubbly personality with a true passion for working with seniors.
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This full-time position offers guaranteed 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, seven days a week. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene support.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
- Observe and assess changes in care needs, reporting concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as required.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Required Qualifications:
✅ Washington State CNA Certification (must be current)
✅ Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
✅ Clean driving record & criminal history
✅ Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with schedule flexibility
✅ No allergies and must be smoke-free (due to client sensitivities)
✅ Comfortable working with pets (must be able to visit all client homes)
✅ Professional appearance – No facial piercings or visible tattoos
✅ Strong organization and computer skills
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication – Must be a great note-taker and have strong follow-through
✅ Team player who can also work independently
