Are you a dedicated caregiver looking for a stable and rewarding position? Care to Stay Home is seeking compassionate caregivers for full-time and part-time shifts (20-40 hours per week) in Post Falls, Hayden, and Coeur d'Alene. Most shifts are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with optional weekend shifts available.

Your Role as a Caregiver
As an in-home caregiver, you’ll provide essential, hands-on support to seniors, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities include:
✔ Assisting with bathing, grooming, and hygiene
✔ Meal preparation and cooking
✔ Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
✔ Medication reminders
✔ Bedbound care and mobility assistance
✔ Companionship – Engaging with clients, not just being present

What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience: At least 1 year of caregiving experience (senior care preferred)
✅ Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, assist with transfers, reposition clients, and perform hands-on care
✅ Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
✅ Professionalism: No facial piercings or face/neck tattoos; must present a professional image
✅ Commitment to Clients: Must be punctual, dependable, and engaged—this means no personal phone use during client time!
✅ Pass Background & Driving Record Checks – No felonies
✅ Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, assist with transfers, reposition clients, and perform hands-on care
