Care to Stay Home a leader in the Home Care industry since 2008 has an immediate opening to provide one on one care with a male VA client in the Priest River, Idaho area. Hours of care are 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturdays. Additional hours may be available during the week to cover for caregiver absences.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing essential care and support
- Bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Stand by and hands on assistance
- Light housekeeping duties
- Medication reminders
- Bedbound care for more critical clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of caregiving experience, preferably with senior clients
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, which include being able to lift up to 40 pounds, help clients of various heights and weights transfer chairs to beds etc, repositioning bed bound clients, and helping on standby by assistance as needed... The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve client care and mobility requirements.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to show up to work to provide critical and consistent care to your client
- Enjoy providing companionship and care for seniors to keep them engaged throughout the day. (i.e. not playing on your cell phone while serving a client)
- Ability to pass a criminal background and driving record checks with no felonies.
- No facial piercing or face or neck tattoos.
