We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our caregiver recruitment efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and ensuring our team is staffed with qualified and compassionate caregivers.
The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for improving the lives of clients through quality in-home care services.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top-quality caregivers.
● Identify and utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, community outreach, and referral programs.
● Analyze market trends to maintain competitive hiring practices and ensure compliance with state regulations.
● Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
● Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process while maintaining compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
● Conduct and evaluate background checks, reference checks, and credential verification.
● Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates.
● Coordinate with Human Resources on compensation, benefits, and retention initiatives.
● Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, retention rates).
● Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment activities and workforce planning.
● Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
● Develop caregiver engagement strategies to promote long-term employment and reduce turnover.
● Foster positive relationships with new hires through regular follow-ups and support during their first months.
Qualifications:
● Associate’s Degree (AA) or equivalent education. Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
● 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for home care or healthcare staffing.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
● Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Google Workplace and recruitment platforms.
