Requirements: Minimum One (1) year Nursing Experience. Current California State LVN Licensure, CPR Certificate, Licensed CA Driver (or adequate means of transportation), Negative TB Test Result Documentation, State Mandated Vaccinations for Health Care Workers.
Care Unlimited Health Services is hiring for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN). As an LVN, you will be providing one on one care in patient's homes. All positions are open to start immediately, after on boarding process.
Job Description:
- Prepare, administer, and record medications per MD orders and protocols.
- Perform all job duties in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, adheres to agency standards of care, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to initiate emergency protocols in response to patient situations.
- Reports to Case Manager, RN Supervisor, and DON.
- Traveling to patient's home is required.
Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Vocational Nurse
- A minimum of one (1) year experience
- Comfortable with Ventilators and Tracheostomy Care
- Knowledgable on G-Tube Feeding
- Current CPR Card
- Current TB/Physical Clearance
