Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and remind clients to take medications as prescribed
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands as needed
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients, including fall prevention and mobility assistance
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients and family members
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient with a strong desire to help others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus (training available)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is preferred
