Location: Vicksburg, MI
Schedule:
- Saturday to Friday: 4 PM - 8 PM
- Monday and Friday: 9 AM - 1 PM
Job Type: Part-Time, Immediate Start
Overview: We are urgently seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide high-quality in-home care for an elderly client in Vicksburg, MI. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities, ensuring the well-being of the client and offering support to the family.

Responsibilities:
- Companionship Care & Standby Assistance: Provide emotional support, social engagement, and standby assistance to ensure safety and comfort.
- Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting as needed.
- Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs and preferences.
- Monitoring Mobility: Assist with safe movement and transfers to prevent falls and ensure mobility.
- Errands & Grocery Shopping: Complete errands and shopping tasks as needed.
- Hearing Aids Assistance: Support with the management of hearing aids.
- Medication Reminders: Ensure timely medication reminders to maintain proper health.
- Daily Activities & Engagement: Encourage participation in hobbies, exercise, and other enriching activities.
Caregiver Requirements:
- Experience: Previous caregiver experience, especially with elderly clients, is essential.
- Qualifications: Valid background check, ability to pass a drug test, and references from previous clients.
- Professionalism: Must be reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently in a home setting.
- Family Interaction: Ability to work in collaboration with family members and provide meaningful relief by actively engaging with the client and demonstrating empathy.
- Immediate Availability: Able to start immediately, with flexibility to adjust the schedule as needed.
